I came in today to order a cake for my brothers birthday tomorrow and I've gotta say I've never seen more mistreated staff in my life. The employee making the cakes up front looked moments away from crying, the Cashier had a broken hand and struggled to type in my order. From the looks of it they were super short staffed and just swamped with orders. I felt bad so I didn't even end up getting anything and just went to Dairy Queen instead. The owner clearly doesn't care about his employees based on what I saw when I was there. If you have to go to Great American Cookies, go to the one in Wylie.

Don't come to this location the customer service was the worst. I took my family there last night to grab some ice cream. The store didn't close until 10:00p. We got some ice cream and sat down and was finishing up when my 7 year old son has to use the restroom. An employee (Hispanic with glasses and curly hair) stood in front of the restroom and told us that the store was closing in 2 mins and that we couldn't use it. I asked again and she kept telling us the store was closing, mind you it wasn't 10p yet and we as paying customers were inside. He ended up having to go so bad he used it outside the store which was beyond ridiculous to have a customer do that. I contacted Great American Cookie corporate have still yet to hear back. The employee needs to be written up or fired to be honest.

I ordered on line a cookie cake to be delivered by 1:00 pm. I order two days prior to the date needed. At 1:30 pm I receive a message the cake is not being delivered. Long story short, the store manager informs me they did not make the cookie on time because they had alot of orders. She told me "we have lots of orders, do you want toCome see." It appears people need toStop ordering cookies from them because Venus is not capable of filling the orders. The cookie was not ready when the driver was to pick up. She (the manager Venus) tells me it's my problem to reschedule the pick up because it's a 3rd party vendor. I had paid for the cookie plus delivery from them. She was no help. She literally argued with me about the situation for 40 minutes. She was immature and does not have any customer service ability, I reordered the cookie from another Great American Cookie that delivered it within 2 hours. I told them I wanted a refund and she told me they could not do that, I have disputed the order but Great American Cookie said they can't do anything because this location is a franchise. Unprofessional and unethical and no customer service skills. Then at 4:30 a person strolls up to our house with the cookie that was to be delivered by 1:00 pm. The cookie was raw, my daughters name was misspelled and it's totally not edible. Horrible store!!

Girls working there were rude… Just had an unhappy to be here attitude. I paid 44 dollars plus 15 % tip for a cookie cake that did not come out like the picture I sent them. I won’t come back here

IN LOVE with this location. I used to go to the one in Allen, however this location is much closer and much more helpful. I like to try something new each time so i can take quite a while choosing what to get, yet one of the young ladies, Venus, was very patient with me and even gave me some suggestions on what other people like to order! This is my main location now! Great Job!

Ordered a birthday cookie for my daughter's 8th. It was beyond AWFUL! Super thin, dry and didn't seem to be fully baked. To make matters worse, there was a hair baked into it. It was already disgusting, this just took it to a whole new level...like possible health code violation level. We ended up throwing it out. I don't know what's happened, we've been going to Great America for years but recently but the quality is absolute garbage. Barely edible. I hate to say it but we won't be back. Ever.
Drove down to this location for them to tell me they are closed because they are too lazy to do there job. If you close before 9pm change the store hours and lock the door.
