I get a bigger plate to go with no side. They can keep the noodles and rice. This seems to throw them off every time. Then when the server scoops the proteins I get a full scoop of one and half scoop of the second when i asked could I have a full scoop on my second portion, manager from the back yelled at the obviously new employee only one scoop. Then put two fingers to his eyes and then back at me and her. Then yelled at me just because you don't get sides doesn't mean you get more mains. I said "are you kidding me? I just want what I'm paying for... full scoops not half, especially since I'm not taking the sides I'm already getting charged for. He then comes from the back arguing with a scold he saw it was a full scoop and if I don't like it I can go!! Then I said so did I, I am standing right here in front. He then tried to throw me out again saying I needed to calm down or I can go. Form of gaslighting, making someone upset then telling them to calm down. When I immediately talked in a sarcastic whisper he still didn't want to sell me the food. The cashier did apologize for him while checking me out but this is an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer or employee. Especially over a couple of green beans when I left half the bigger plate meal there to begin with that I'm being charged for. He gave off a new manager vibe that he's going to make a big difference. Yes I bet he will, a negative one. No one should ever be treated like this and I doubt any of his employees will appreciate being talked to and reprimanded in front of customers like this. This panda is already barely edible most days but it is the closest one for me. I'll be driving further from now on

I didn’t grab his name… but who I believe to be the manager went above and beyond as far as customer service to make sure to give me the best fast food experience possible good to know there’s still kind people in this world. 10/10 recommend this Panda ?

Please hire someone knows to cook rice!!!! This is for location in Frisco 423/El Dorado.3rd time I bought food and same issue with the uncooked rice.???

Ordered two bigger plates. This time, the food at this place was tastier than previous orders. That feeling was only short lived after biting into two plastic pieces. Disgusted after that and threw away the remaining food.

My wife and I came here with our 2 year old for lunch. We've been to many Panda Expresses however we ordered our daughter teriyaki chicken, they offered to cut it into smaller pieces for us but I had declined. After we paid and sat down they still decided to give her the chicken cut into small pieces. It was a humble and amazing gesture that made our day.

The worst Panda Express in all America…they never have anything and the cooks are lazy, I come for lunch and my platter looks like a $3 meal…we come for dinner they see that it is 7:30 and they refuse to make anymore mushroom chicken, almond shrimp smh. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE get rid of all these 1st & 2nd shift bums!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has gone downhill. A few years ago it was great. But now the food is absolutely horrible. The black pepper beef and vegetables tasted sour in my recent order. If I wasn’t too tired to go back I would and ask for a refund. Instead the food is in the trash. They also are always out of food. This franchise needs to have it’s licensed revoked! Shame on the ownership.

Food tasted good but portions keep getting smaller and smaller as the price gets bigger. My 5 yo wasn’t full after two servings of mushroom chicken which had more zucchini than meat in it and though he likes meat, he doesn’t eat that much. My kung pao chicken serving was a joke. The little box that I paid an extra $5 for, was only half way full and barely had meat. When I walked up and asked about it, I was told sorry but we put one scoop in and that’s it. When I went to buy more mushroom chicken for my child and hinted that the servings are small even for a child, the girl said “Yeah, I like to eat a lot too” as if saying my child eats too much. Like how dare we come to Panda Express to actually eat food! What nerve we have to actually expect to leave satisfied by our meal!!The shrimp is also always inconsistent. Sometimes they give you 7, sometimes it’s 5.5. This time I got 6. And it’s a premium item that I’m already paying extra for. At least be consistent.Customer service is a joke here.
