This place was great! Walking up, there was a band playing Black Sabbath, which is always a plus in my book. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cigarette smell inside is really overpowering. But I just hung out on the patio listening to the band!

Excellent little small bar with the AC working excellent in 100 degree weather. Bartender was great. Crowd was pleasant. It is a smokers bar but that's not a detraction for me. I like the atmosphere. But I like "hole in the walls." Bathroom extremely clean which is a sign that a bar is concerned about its image. The rest of the place was clean and kept up. I'll be back.

The band Friday June 23 2023 rocked the place. You would have thought Gun n Roses were out there. These guys should have been playing in Madison Square gardens.

I’ve read the positive and negative reviews. I found this place and people to be welcoming to drinkers. If your not one why are you here. It’s definitely a local bar but that’s what we all want when we travel a place where deference is based upon behavior not just being present. If I was a local this would be my local, I don’t like plastic people and there are none here. Be respectful it’s not a fast food place relationships take a while.
