This place use to be better. They're food is pretty good. They aren't as good as they once were the last time I went. I'll give them another chance. It is by a pretty sitting area down on the Strand. Makes for a sweet, simple date.

Cute little park that it's in. The tacos were ok, not extra flavorful, but the hot sauce made them good. My husband got the quesadilla and he said it was pretty good. Prices are a tad bit high considering.
It isnt a night out on the strand without a stop at Galveston Island Tacos. Skip the long line at whataburger and enjoy local cuisine. Staying open late is a huge life saver. Great food and great times.

These tacos are freaking delicious! The vibes are immaculate and the food literally tastes like tacos I’ve had in Mexico. Super authentic and in a beautiful area to sit outside and enjoy the scenery while eating 10/10.

Horrible experience.... Arrived at 1:05am, was refused service after standing in line, said he was closed, but the hours states open until 1:30am!!!Terrible customer service!!!

The 5 mini tacos for $7 was honestly filling. Quality meats and he wasn’t stingy with the toppings. The guy was super nice too. My wife said the chicken was kind of dry but we both loved the beef and pork options.
