Cranky bartender, food was mediocre. We only had appetizers. Servers were nice. Kids running around everywhere. I'm sure the atmosphere was more adult-focused after dark. Not impressed.
This is the oldest bar still operating in downtown Galveston. They opened in 1986. Tiffany took great care of us. It’s definitely a locals hang out. We stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon and everyone who walked in after us seemed to know each other. They were all very welcoming to us though.
