Disappointed in this place now. Used to love to come here. Staff was so friendly. The last 2 times I have come, around 10 or 10:30 [they close at Noon] they have no glazed donuts or donut holes. Absolutely ridiculous!!I asked the unfriendly young girl if they got to go home early if they ran out of donuts. She said 'Yes.' That explains everything in a nutshell why they prepared less than they need.If the Vietnamese woman still owns this, I apologize. Before, when I asked where she was, the staff said she was out of the country. Now when I ask, the staff doesn't know anything. The place may be under new management. If so, that's sad.The donuts are great but the attitude of the help is lacking.

Kinda rude talk guy behind the counter. Also only place that I know of that doesn’t give out a hand full of donut holes. Even if spending 25$ plus on donuts… Lost our 3 years of business. Because of cold donuts, didn’t want to heat up my order a few seconds, and no donut holes.

I really like their doughnuts the taste, texture, smell .... I have been buying doughnuts here since I was in 7th grade back at Webb middle school, even though it had different owners back then. I think it was called Winchell's.

Too expensive. One large and one small kolache cost nearly 6 dollars. Seriously. staffs were nice but not going back for their price.
Gave me food poisoning had a uncontrollable headache all day couldn't keep anything down felt super miserable. I knew it was this place bc it was the first and only thing I ate all morning and the rest of the day I was suffering.

I went in to pick up someone’s to go order and was going to order something for myself also. Before I could even do that, the woman working shoved the Togo at me and the aloes away to the back. It’s ridiculous to treat people like that. I understand that we all have bad days but I won’t ever go there again.

It is 10 o’clock Saturday morning I went and they’re out of glazed donuts, chocolate covered donuts and they’re forcing you to buy whatever and I ended up with a dozen of whatever for $14.I tasted one of the donuts not like it used to be turns out. This is a new ownership, and this place is not that anyone.I highly recommend going to reputable known name, donuts, then wasting your money on this place

I surveyed about 12 different donut shops in the surrounding area, and Donut Palace is hands down the best option. Every product is fresh and delicious every day, the breakfast croissants come in a variety and are quite filling. Fruit based products are exceptionally fruity. Staff is friendly and proficient at processing their high volume customer base. Lots of flavor variety on their decorative options and I often see younger kids excited for their designs. Holes always go quick so go early if you want a wide selection. Eat here at least once a week and am never bored of the options.

Big variety of doughnuts! They also have an area where you can enjoy your coffee and doughnuts ?. Very clean and friendly staff. Prices are not too high. I’m giving four stars because the doughnuts I bought were not very fresh tasting, maybe it was too cold outside ??♀️
