The tea was overpriced and tasted mediocre, plus it took too long to get out. Dessert was good though. They didn’t have napkins easily accessible or give me them with my order.

Place is very clean. Friendly service. Atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Very comfortable place to drink a hot tea. I ordered the jasmine tea and, by far, one of the best I have had. The feeling of drinking jasmine flowers was amazing!

I came today and always get what I like Cream Brulee Boba Dirty always paid extra for Oak Milk and the Girl told me there's no Oak Milk when I asked for a refundido she told No and then I asked her why? She got upset and I did not want to drink my tea because I didn't trust her that she did not out poison on my drink. Sorry check cameras.

Omg, back to fencha after a month is making me disappointed ? it's my favorite place, but now the drink is tasteless like water. The barista is not happy welcome. They give me a tired welcome:)) omg what happened to fengcha ? even milk tea doesn't taste tea in there!?

I love Feng Cha's drinks but will never come to this place again. We will drive miles away to go to another Feng Cha location. The servers are extremely rude and often messes up our drink. They refuse to take orders and forces you to order from the kiosk. The kiosk does not honor the rewards from the app and the app requires a scan to be used. The employee ignores you while you're there and refuses to help. Will never go to this location again.

Never had an issue at any boba place ordering a mango green tea. This is the only location that seems to have a problem making it even though they have the ingredients. Used to be able to order it no issues and all of a sudden they want to pick and choose when to make them. Hope to hear from someone, if this is a permanent change. We ordered at least 2x a month
I tried to be patient as it seemed there was only one worker, but waiting ten minutes for a single drink is ridiculous… instead of taking all the orders back to back and then making the drinks, a better method in my opinion would be to stop and make the drink before taking the next order because then you have someone behind me getting their drinks first. Some people have to get to work. And then the drink wasn’t even made to its usual standards . Just upset in general with this visit :(

Drinks were very good! The service however was not great. The young girl that worked the register was very rude and she honestly seemed very miserable. I felt bad for her and I hope she cheers up, it's the holidays! The young guy that was working behind the counter was very nice, he needs to teach her a few lessons I'd say.
