This was my first time trying this establishment. I loved my visit! Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean, well organized, and spacious as well! Nom Nom Nom, the bread was toasted perfectly. There was a light crunch with every bite. All the veggies were fresh and crisp. I had to be schooled about a slim sandwich. I will definitely be back to try more menu items??

This is the only Potbelly that I've ever been to, so can't compare it to other locations. My third visit earlier today. It's a nice little spot. Simply decorated but comfortable and clean. I walked up to the counter and placed an order for an Italian original sized sub sandwich. The fellows behind the counter were friendly and got my order correct. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty. Fresh bread, meat and toppings are all important when making a sandwich, and these all went together well. Obviously there will be a lot of comparisons between Potbelly and other fast food sandwich shops such as Subway. I preferred this Italian sandwich to the ones that I've had before at Subway. Others may feel differently. All in all I was pretty happy with my meal, and will be back to this location again.

The Wreck is just that it will wreck your mouth make your throat close up because it's way overly spicy. I could not taste anything it was so completely overwhelming. Very disappointed. It doesn't matter that I picked off every piece of the veggie mix that is spicy the sandwich was still inedible. Won't be returning. On top everything else the fucking sandwich was ordered without the spicy stuff. I have a hiatal hernia. Very shameful that a business serves food this way.

Got a medium sub and it had about 5 small squares of grilled chicken in the middle of the bread. About a quarter size worth of ranch. Hard green tomatoes. If you want a bread sub then by all means go here. If you want a sub with meat that you can taste go elsewhere. Plus it is way to expensive. Cost me $16.75 for a medium sub, small soup and small drink. Not worth it. To skimpy on the meat and veggies.

I ordered online which you would think you could trust that the workers would do their job correctly. However, I was wrong. When I get my food it's the completely wrong sandwich. I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't pay 30$ for my meal. They clearly had exactly what I wanted on the receipt. I mean really, how hard is it to make a sandwich? I know that when I go here in person it's always good,but when I trust them to do the same job when I'm not watching it's ALWAYS HORRIBLE...POTBELLY DO THE JOB THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME...YOU'RE ONLY MAKING SANDWICHES ??♀️
I will start with the positive, my mobile order was ready as promised. Team member that handed me my food (black woman with top bun and bangs) was very friendly. I came at about 2 pm so hoping it's just timing but dining area needed some major care, lots of dirty tables and the floor had food everywhere. Made me reconsider overall cleanliness but I placed a Mobile order so was too late.

Vegetables on mine and my wife’s sandwiches were old, and slimy. My wife’s pickle was brown on the inside. We ordered our food for delivery via grub hub. By the time we got the food the location was closed. I have now tried to call multiple times and nobody is answering the phone.

It's a great place I've been to! The sandwiches are the best compared to Subway and fast-food restaurants! There is also a a nice staff who ask your preference on meats, veggies/toppings. There is a clean setting where the table is that makes it a good place to dine in with people!Parking: It was in the area of Firewheel Mall, so parking to some time to get through.
