Walked in host just gather talking not welcoming or nothing//Rude hosts. I was the one that approached and ask for a table,and said there were any tables available and had to wait then ask about how long would the wait time be and just said we don’t know// host should know the waits time approximately. You don’t just cut a customer like that we don’t know. And ask for a boot clearly plenty booth available we are 5 but could fit in a booth with 2 adults and 10yr old a 5 and 4yr old. Very disappointing with these young kids working.

The absolute worse place to order catfish at night. If they are close to closing go else where, or you’ll receive catfish the size of chicken nuggets, soggy fries, and red beans and rice that is Luke warm and mushed together. This is my last time here, because this happened once before, and I went back and it was fixed by the manager. This time I’m not going back, because they should know better. I’m now at 11:04 grabbing food someone else because the $22.71 seafood platter was basically a child’s meal prepared with the intentions of wasting my time.

Last weekend my family and I came out for my sister’s birthday and it was by far the best overall birthday dinner experience. Jmac was our sever and he was absolutely fantastic. He so patient with my folks especially when it came time to ordering. He knew the menu for sure which helped so much with my grand parents. Even though he was busy with his other tables he managed to take great care of us making my family and I feel special especially my sister! Over all it was a such a great time and a birthday we won’t forget. We will be asking for James aka Jmac!! everytime we come to Razzoos!! Thanks again
Still not as good as the early 2000 Razoos. I had the new sautéed onion, bell pepper, and shrimp. I thought I was going to love it, but the onion wasn't caramelized enough. It also didn't have any Cajun zing, or creole yum. However!, the amount of fried pickels is back up to the point the whole table can have some. The hush puppies are still awesome too.
Everything we ordered was bad. The jambalaya was flavourless and barely had any shrimp. The wings had an aftertaste like they were really old. The fried fish platter was horrible and undercooked. When I notified the server about the undercooked catfish they brought me out 1 shrimp instead. Rat toes came out cold. Horrible experience will not be back here again.

Blackened redfish is amazing!!!! Cajun chicken pasta is just ok.
We went to Razoo's in Firewheel in Garland tonight (Tuesday March 5). We always go in on Tuesday nights when we know Adrian will be working in the bar so he can be our server. He is always so attentive and makes sure we have a superb personalized experience every time!

Visited Razzoo’s before catching a movie at Firewheel. The service was exceptional(Corina at the Bar), the food delectable, and the price—the best part! Enjoyed two beers, appetizers, and an entree, all for under $40 before tip. Truly, the best $40 I’ve spent in a long while! ??️?
@Razzoos, my favorite restaurant!My family and I had a large party of 16 and our server Daisy, was OUTSTANDING.Her positive customer service skills along with her ability to multitask and keep focus was unmatched today. She worked well under pressure and always kept a smile on her face. The food was fresh, hot and of course delicious.
