Eating out is a luxury for my family and I. All I saw were several young folks standing around talking on cell phones, laughing and drinking sodas. I called in an order to be picked up. After 30 minutes or more it finally came out. After returning home and I live close to this establishment our food was cold. I’ve been here before and have been very pleased. This time it was awful. I can’t return again I’m sorry. Someone needs to teach these employees superior customer service skills at this location. The cold food was terrible. I’m sorry I was so sad 30 dollars down the drain. We work to hard for our money to be so disappointed.

Great food, service was great. Manager was running things and stopped by to check on us. No complaints.

Cashier a bit rude. I asked a question twice and the answer was a bit sketchy. The food was nothing like she explained and the honey mustard was quite watery. People around us were asked how everything was but our table was never approached. I will try them maybe one more time to determine whether I liked the food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free burger buns.

Great place for birthday party for adults! They even let us bring in a cake and they let us borrow plates and a knife.

We went on a Saturday at 1230. It was a little busy but not overcrowded. We ordered kids corn dogs and kids chicken strips. Also, ordered cheeseburger and fried cod plate. Along with one margarita total was $58 . The fries were super soggy on all the meals. Cheeseburger was way overcooked and dried out. The fried cod was small nuggets versus fillets. The staff is friendly. Service was good. The location is clean.

Popped into this place for lunch today. It was very clean and the atmosphere was light & airy. Walking in, the 1st employee, who was the hostess/cashier was not at all helpful and not at all welcoming. I almost walked out but was hungry. I ordered a beautiful salad! When it arrived, it looked as good as the photo on the menu. It came out quickly and the salad was very generous. Everything was very fresh. It was really good. I would've given them a 5 had it not been for the VERY uninterested hostess. She acts exactly as you would if you couldn't care less about the customers, cuz it's "just" a job. In short...she sucked.

Never disappointed in their food or service. They have delicious burgers and awesome onion rings. Each store has irrational own unique ambiance.

my Bf and I went to Scotty P's today for the first time in years. Really impressed. Clara at the order taking register was a delight. She was both friendly and helpful. We ordered fish and chips split between us. No Problem. I had a wonderful IPA beer for $3.00. Are you kidding. It came in a chilled schooner. The fish and chips were great served on individual plates. The owner/manager? Served the beer and explained they are expanding their local beer selection. We will definitely be back. Totally impressed.

Beat me over the head by asking me if I wanted something to eat with my beer numerous times. Also, beer pouring skills are garbage.

We have been regulars, haven’t been in a while. Was excited about the new look however what a disappointment. From the very unprofessional girl talking our order to the horrible food. All of our burgers were burnt. Underwhelming! Spent $65 for 2 adults, 2 kids. Will not return. Sad this place lost what they had!

Absolutely delicious! Have lived 10 years in Wylie and finally stopped in, and I'm so glad I did. Unfortunately, the initial customer service interaction was bad. The young female with the brown San Diego hoodie was not friendly. She didn't greet us when we walked in, and I could tell she didn't want to be there. We sat at the bar, contemplating whether to leave or stay, but thankfully, the female manager approached us, and because of her friendly interaction, we decided to stay. The burgers are fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You have options for the bun: wheat, sourdough, regular or texas toast. I love that! The onion rings are amazing! Oh, and the sweet potato fries are the best. We really enjoyed sitting at the bar. But there's other sitting available away from the bar if you prefer that. These hamburgers are top quality and delicious! I'm very impressed with this place. Needless to say, I'll be a returning customer ? and hopefully, the young female will have the opportunity to improve on her customer service skills. Come check it out and have your own experience!
