I ordered a dozen cookies. They are not fresh at all, the worst cookies I've ever had from Tiffs. You can tell they are old and were just reheated because it's only been 2 hrs since I picked them up and they are rock hard! I don't know what was different this time but the quality was horrible and disappointing.

I dropped by on 11/17 just to try their new pecan pie cookie so I picked up 6 cookies on the way home. If I had noticed the signed that was NOT near where you order, that they are now a "Cashless Operation" I would have immediately walked out. I believe our country is going in a wrong direction headed this way but that is another subject.I ordered the cookies and put the cash out to pay and the young lady pointed at the sign and said we do not accept cash. I said really, for a $10 purchase? So I paid with a credit card and she said thank you and immediately went to the next customer.I interrupted her and said excuse me, do I not get a receipt and she rolled her eyes at me and said ok and went in the back somewhere and came back with the receipt and handed it to me without a word and started talking to the next customer.This is NOT what I call customer service.I WILL NOT RETURN !!!!!!!!

The cookies are ordinary. Not worth the expensive amount for 6 cookies. There’s literally nothing special about these cookies. I would try Crumbl cookies. Those are much much much better. There more flavorful. Actually better yet, just get some Nestlé toll house cookie dough. They taste better and are half the calories.I also purchased some to an office building staff and the delivery driver did not follow my delivery instructions correctly. The cookies were just left on someone’s desk. No one knew they were there. I didn't get a refund or a credit. They said they would redeliver them whenever I wanted to right people. However, the staff rotates at the location, so the same people wont be there again. It was also their last day thats why I sent the cookies. Just not impressed.

I used to love tiffs treats.Unfortunately it seems as though service and quality has gone downhill.If you want cookies go in store and don’t order delivery.A 1 hour delivery time turned in to more than 2 hours late. I ended up cancelling my order because I had things to do and could not just sit and wait for an order to arrive that had not even left the store.Highly disappointed and do not recommend.
Three stars because the cookies are yummy.It might be 5 stars but the delivery service is as reliable and fast as a one legged greyhound.For real… one hour past the scheduled delivery time we Called to find out the order had yet to depart the store.Keep the cookies. We’ll order from somewhere else.

Cookies were great but the employee working the front of the store tonight was extremely rude. We brought our kids in after eating dinner thinking it would be fun for them to pick out cookies for dessert. She was very condescending.

This is probably our fourth time that we have ordered some tips treats and they are awesome the cookies are wonderful when they deliver them they're warm and they're really good about delivering them at the time you ask for them everybody there is really friendly.
