I go to this location because it’s better quality food & better service than the one closest to me on Broadway. This location has been horrible lately. I have waited in curbside for my order for 10 minutes before, but tonight I wait 27 minutes. I called and said I had been waiting almost 30 minutes, was told “no freaking way”. Absolutely absurd. Both locations need better service. Ridiculous. FYI the times I have referred to are at night. Not sure about the day shift.

I ordered 6 cheddar jalapeño bacon , egg, and cheese biscuits. Got sausage egg and cheese biscuits on regular biscuits. Totally messed up my order. How can I get it fixed. ?

Went through Drive thru and the woman who took my order was just the sweetest and the manager was at the window when I drove up and my shake didn't have enough chocolate so he offered and added extra chocolate.. really appreciate the service to turn my rough day around..

So the food is good when they get your order correct. Waited 30 minutes for 1 burger, got a refund never got my food. No real management at this place. Now I have to drive out and extra 25 min to a better whataburger to get my orders correct and at a timely matter no longer waiting 20-45 min for
