Always friendly staff, generally fast and the food is fresh and tasty. Occasionally, salad dressing and toppings aren't included in the bag. I recently asked for the chicken on my salad to be on the side. When the girl who took my order didn't make a note and didn't repeat the order back correctly, I requested chicken on the side a second time, but when I got home the chicken was all in the salad. I'm vegetarian but I still order their chicken salad. I ask for it on the side so I can bring it home as a treat for my dog.

It's your typical Chick-fil-A. I only stop when the kiddos are begging for it. I've never understood the obsession with this franchise. Expect a long wait in line that does not move very fast. I've never had to not wait in line. The line is always ridiculous.The customer service is generally good, but I have had a few "unfriendlys" at this location, so nothing major there. The food is Chick-fil-A food, so not much to say there, but they have never got our order wrong. I find them rather expensive as well.If you want Chick-fil-A, this one is worth stopping, but expect a wait.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.

I never want to pick on CFA, however, they are consistently filling their fruit cups with 1/2 of what should be in there. The chicken biscuits are very hit or miss. Either you get a phenomenal tasting biscuit that came straight out of the oven or a stale biscuit and Luke warm chicken breast that has obviously been sitting around a while. CFA is starting get phased out in our home. We have spent literally thousands over the years, but it’s just not the same. Owner operators are relying to heavily on the brand to pull people in and not enough on the quality. I believe that if CFA was a brand new brand and operated this way, they would be just another Burger King.

I had spicy chicken filet sandwich meal. It came to me cold. When I commented to the front that my sandwich and fries were cold they said to me "Sorry, but we are really busy, and did not offer to replace my sand wich and fies." My three kids meals were all hot which tells me that my fries were at the end of a fry cycle and they let my sandwich and fries sit there getting cold while they waited for their orders to get complete. Poor food order management. The lobby was dirty as well. When are these restaraunts going to pay their managers enough to get good managers with experience? I blame this poor rating on a bad manager. I never expect to get that response from a manager at a chick filet. Won't be going back to THAT location. Go to the one 2 Mike's away peeps!

Ever since this location reopened it has been the slowest chick fil a around. It doesn't matter if you come at 9am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm or 6pm it WILL take you at least 25 minutes to get through the line and there's a good chance something will be wrong or they can't find the right person they're supposed to be getting the order to so then you get stuck behind the person in front of you for an extra 10 minutes after you finally get your food:

Well, here's a thing I never thought I'd say. This is the slowest Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Twice in the last two weeks, I've placed a mobile order from about 10 minutes away, pulled up to the drive-through and waited in like for a very long time. I didn't time the first one, but tonight, I was in line for 15 minutes before receiving my food. The three cars in front of me still hadn't received their food, so I still had to wait to leave. I had pulled u0 to the drive-through at 8:30 pm, which I wouldn't think is a particularly busy time.I was greeted with no smile or enthusiasm from the young man taking orders and the same from the young lady who handed me my food. I dont remember what her reaponse was when I said "thank you", but I know with certainty that it wasn't "my pleasure".Zero apologies for the delay. This is so sad. I love CFA, and this is by far the most convenient location for me.Please fix it.

I went through the drive thru and asked for grilled chicken nuggets due to diet restrictions. I leave with them to only discover I got the regular nuggets and not grilled. Total waste of time and money but they were friendly.
