The past few times we have gone to this Sonic, I have ordered mozzarella sticks or cheddar peppers. It shows that ranch or marinara automatically comes with it, but I still add extra to my order. Even when adding extra to my order, I have never gotten the sauce the first time the food comes out. I always have to ask for it. We also like to order “easy ice” with our drinks and we are never given that. Ice is always full to the top.

Spent 10 minutes at a stall and no one answered, so I rolled around to the drive thru and still NOTHING. I can see the staff inside standing around and talking, so maybe learn to answer your headsets

Only ordered chili cheese tots. They were old, and I had to wait like 15 minutes to get them. The person working the window was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to to be there.

Went there today to get two drinks and bag of ice. She said we can't sell ice. Was ok with that till a minute later a car hop came out with a bag of ice . To take to someone else. It took 10 minutes to get drinks. I hit red button again and asked why they just took ice out to someone else. She got rude and yelled. For me asking. These are high school kids that runs this place. Hardly ever is there a adult there to run this business. Every time you complain about this sonic . They always blame it on there is not no one there to run the shifts. Maybe need to raise salary. So they can get adults to work there and have some kind of management to oversee the teens that work there. please send this to the district manager or owner.please file a report. With so many bad reports . Why can't y'all do anything about this sonic. Instead of people putting so many bad reviews. Y'all put on here to call a number. Why it does no good.

Sonic is a great place to get drinks and snacks for your entire family. Most of the time they are friendly and genuinely helpful. Today was different, they were not really busy, 3 other cars there plus myself and I had to push the red button 3 times in a 20 minute window. Another car arrived after me and was waited on very quickly. Myself and another customer in a truck were waiting. The food was good thankfully. Just odd for the wait.

The atmosphere is comfortable because it's yours ?. Car hops are good like that. I got a breakfast burrito and it was pretty good. Not gourmet but really good for fast food. And I've had a breakfast burrito from a sonic in Longview that I couldn't eat because the sauce was horrible, so yeah it does matter which one you go to.I got a route 44 diet cherry limeade. These are so thirsty quenching, but this time there was so much ice that I got very little drink with my big ol cup.

So I went to get 2 drinks and that’s it. I got a butterfinger blast and a slushy. It took way too long. They were moving at snail pace I was watching them. And the girl “shawtay” had the most rude attitude the whole time, as she slammed the drive thru window, just said “ here you go” in a rude tone as she handed me my card. Honestly sick of the disrespect. Y’all need to teach your employees some customer service, or quit hiring the first person you see.

By far the worst would recommend anywhere else. I waiting 10 min in drive through no response went to stall wait another 10 min after I pushed the button still no response watched everyone else get served. I'll let you make your own assumptions about all that .

Only1Plague

Ordered 3x Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burritos with extra zesty cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. I received my order cold, with no cheese at all, and product looked dried inside and out. I called the store and the manager told me to come back and they would remake the order so I did and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to receive another cold order. I called back to the store again to demand a refund and was given an 800 number. Called back to sonic once more to get managers name and was hung up on. Managers name is Jaimie I do believe. I really hate to complain about these matters but this was unacceptable.

Broken stalls. Busted driveway.Always out of Orion rings.Meat served cold.And like most FF places can't get an order correct even thou it's right on the ticket.
