Arrived for dinner. Walked into the lobby. Noticed it was NOT clean and no employees in sight AND no one else in the lobby. Waited for a few mins. Finally someone came from the back. Had to tell her what we wanted several times as we were met with a “huh” after everything we said. Finally got to the register. Also what makes subway worth almost 30 bucks for two foot longs chips and 2 small drinks?? Went to get our drinks. They were out of sweet tea and Dr Pepper. Drink station was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and trash all over it. I tried to call for the employees but they disappeared to the back. I had to literally yell to get any type of response. When I inform them they were out of drinks. They shrug and say do you want something else to drink? Will NEVER eat at subway again.

Dear “Nate”… Stop being unprofessional and serve your customers. This is not a comedy show. No one came here for your snarky remarks and immature attitude. “Chelsea” (the blonde) seemed extremely uncomfortable working with you. The two customers that walked out without ordering should have been a sign sir. Do better.

Second time in a row sandwiches weren't cut in half. Cold even after toasting. Wrong bread every time. Rude service. Missing items. None of the kid specific items woth the meal were there again. Last time ill be back. I never leave review, but this subway is terrible.

Pretty awful. Usually subway is reliable. Our sandwiches from here were just terrible. The oven left a weird stagnant taste on the bread, the “fresh cut avocado” was just unflavored guac .. well plastic flavored guac, the Turkey tasted off almost a little sour. The woman who was working was helpful but the one who built our sandwiches had zero sense of customer service. For how much subway costs now the food should at least be palatable

I try not to complain but I feel like this needs to be handled. Anthony was making our sandwiches they had already been toasted. He turns around picks up trash off the floor a box and some clear plastic puts it in the trash. Then comes back and fixes my sandwiches with the same exact gloves on that he picked the trash up with. Completely unacceptable that is not sanitary at all!

This is the second time I’ve gone here and the workers have been rude. Both times they have only had wheat bread and flat bread available. The other breads were sitting behind the counter and he said had just come out of the oven and would be 15-20 minute wait. I told him that’s okay my husband would like me to wait for it and he got a bad attitude and said “well it’s going to be half an hour wait then”. I told him that’s not what he just told me and he then said he only said that for the white bread which was not true. I left with no sandwiches and my family will not be eating at this Subway ever again. Give your business to someone else.

I’m sick with the flu and my fiancé went to get us subway for dinner after he got off work. The door says they close at 9:30pm. When my fiancé arrived at 8:45 they had already locked the doors and left… Very disappointed! No sign saying they were closing early or anything.
These workers aren't trained nor managed correctly. It shouldn't take 10mins to make a sandwich, and I'm pretty sure the workers came to work impaired. They don't know to fill the sandwiches the entire length of the bread, because one customer had to tell them to stop putting all their veggies only in the center of the sandwich. Very awkward vibe.

I’d rather drive 15-20 mins west or east for alternate subway location then visit this store ever again. Employees are either incompetent or indifferent, and could not/refused to even process a simple refund for a beverage i did not want. Was forced to accept some terrible underbaked cookies in order to not feel stiffed.

First of all, I got two thin slices of roast beef on the sub. Then there was no t made. Then the young lady was standing and staring off into space like she was higher than a kite. And the young man who served me wasn't very friendly at all. They need some revamping at this particular subway. The worst experience I ever had!!!
