The young guy at the drive thru was very polite but they gave me the wrong order. I didn't check it before I left, which I should have. I was just expecting to get what I ordered. So I had to go back and get what I ordered. I was very irritated.

You could tell the food was sitting for a bit everything was soggy and cold, we just ordered the food should be fresh, when I asked if I could get fresh food because everything was soggy and dripping through the to go bag, all of the employees were rude and had an attitude with remaking the food, i understand if they were busy and they were in a rush but we were the only ones there.

I am utterly disgusted at the service of this place. As a high school student that works in fast food, I know that water cups anywhere are widely accepted as free. So I was astonished when they charged me $1.08 for a water cup. Reluctantly I payed $1.10. I saw this lady working there pocket the change and throw the water cup . A little while later as I was leaving, someone else asked for a water cup and she gave it to them for free, so I don’t know what the situation is with them getting it free and us(Me and my friend) having to pay for it. Also the whole way through she was eyeing me full the cup up and overall watching/stalking me making me feel uncomfortable. This overall made the atmosphere feel terrible . I will be telling other people about the distasteful experience I have had here and most likely will never come back. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, and as an Indian I personally feel targetted. Please be better.

Visited in November, and had a terrible drive thru experience. Tried contacting corporate twice through the website to get a refund and both times I was never contacted. I was charged for food I didn’t order and all of my items were lukewarm at best. Just skip this location and Taco Bell all together.

The visit was a terrible experience. As we left the Walmart next door and was going for subway but decided to visit this store and get a quick bite before heading home. When we went in the staff was taking care of the drive thru as it is alway a priority in this fast food industry, we saw no one at the counter and so we ordered on the kiosk and when it declined my card I opted to pay cash and clicked the pay cash, completed my order and waited. As the workers take care fo the drive thru I am standing at least 5 minutes before I was approached and asked if I need to order. I told the lady I ordered through the machine and was paying cash. She saw that my order was in the system and confirmed my name. I paid and waited for another 4 to 5 minutes before getting my meal with no apology for the delay! Will not go back!

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Food tasted great and was served quickly. However, I was not pleased with the portion size of the Power Bowl that I ordered. I paid extra to have more chicken included and felt that this location did not give me that chicken portion for which I paid.

Good is always good but it seems like they are off tonight. I’ve waited for >30 min for 2 cravings burritos, 1 bean burrito (reward), 1 taco from taco pass that I bought, and 2 strawberry crispas. I already paid and was asked to pull behind another who must be having trouble too. It is a hit or miss with this location. Also my husband and I both have experienced wrong orders too. I didn’t answer food stars because I’m still waiting!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Taco Bell. I had went there a couple days ago during my lunch break and had accidentally left my wallet on the table. I was unaware that I left it and just assumed I may have left my wallet at home when I couldn’t find it the next day.Long story short, I had a Taco Bell employee named Suzanne who went out her way to find me on Facebook to notify me that I left my wallet. And too my surprise when I went to go pick it up, all my stuff was still in there and nothing was taken out. I’m so thankful for the staff at Taco Bell and how excellent there customer service is! Thank you all!
