Love Vaqueros! The best fideo loco, the best fish in town (IMO - and I’m picky so that’s saying something!!) and I crave their chicken fajita salad from time to time too! Also their sweet tea? So good! We love Vaqueros and we love Olivia and her family ❤️

Fries are not crispy. I asked for extra crispy and since heated with cheese and meat it made them soggy. Also no lettuce or grilled onions given as requested. However the beef fajita was delicious, the queso dip and seasoned chips were amazing.

Veered off the beaten path and found a gem. You get freshly homemade corn tortillas which is not an easy find.

The food was delicious and the service was so friendly and accommodating. I had the chicken enchiladas verdes abs they did them on flour tortillas instead of corn. Best I've had! The cheese dip was perfect and hade a nice heat to it... nothing crazy like set your mouth on fire but very flavorful and it didn't get gloppy when it cooled down. The CFS was HUGE and my boyfriend said it was really good. Our server took such wonderful care of us and she was very attentive.

5 stars! They know how to serve up great Mexican breakfasts. Huge plates and very yummy. Best prices around, too. Only other thing I’d say is that their green sauce is apparently the “hottest” they have but it was medium at best.
Not sure why there are no reviews here. I'm giving Vaqueros 5 stars. CFS is made the way it should've. Tender with plenty of breading and flavor. Their Mexican fare is top notch with really good cheese enchiladas. My wife had the Mexican Plate.

Love this spot. We come here each time we’re out this way for vacation. If you’re headed down Hwy 90 to Concan, it’s worth a small detour. The tortillas are homemade, the breakfasts are delicious, and they have a good menu. I usually get the huevos rancheros or barbacoa, and my kids get the pancakes. All of it is great. Also, the service is great. The servers are friendly and it definitely feels like a family business in the best way.

We stopped in for breakfast before heading out on a road trip. It is a couple blocks out of the way but the food and service more than makes up for it. The tortillas were freshly made for our order. They have a delicious homemade green sauce that goes great on the breakfast tacos. Everything is fresh and made from scratch by their family in the kitchen. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back. This is a gem with homemade food just like setting at your own table at home.
