Trashiest lounge in the world. Workers clearly didn't want to be there. Bad food, and some of the food plates were left empty with workers just standing there looking bored. Crowded, very little seating. Terrible!

Old furniture, simple food. No atmosphere at all.

Tiny, old, warn out seats. Tended “bar” in the back by the emergency door. At least the “bar tender” pours heavy. Saw a woman pushing a couch away from the wall to unplug her phone and laptop. AirFrance should be ashamed of themselves and so should Qatar Airwaysfor using

Advertises Priority Pass access, but consistently claims that the lounge is only accepting Air France Business Class customers until some time 2+ hours later, and will turn you away for another 2 hours if you do wait.

Dingy, dark, staff can’t even put on a smile - it’s better to sit outside the loungeOnly bonus was the Perrier water

Terrible lounge. Sub-par food. Restrooms located outside lounge. Seats are saggy and old. Just awful.

Not kid friendly and you get a bunch of weird looks when you’re there with kids. Not many non liquor options and the food was more like finger foods.

Prority pass members continuously turned away despite the lounge not being full.

Food is much better. Great French cheese, okay main course, incredible desserts. Really wonderful and helpful service. I asked for something special and not only were they able to comply with my request, they were pleased I asked and proud to deliver. What a pleasant way to start a trip.

Very little variety. And very little quantity. At most you can have a coffee, if you have any water left. The truth is not worth it.

Food was actually good and I have been to a lot of lounges and never impressed by the food. Had cheese plate and bread, French onion soup, spinach quiche, beef stew and an assortment of desserts. One dessert blew me away. It had a shortbread crust with some raspberry puree then a custard on top. Never had that anywhere and it was so good!

They don’t take priority pass. It was a long walk to get here and they should take themselves off the program if they are never accepting priority pass.

Shabby lounge. Old sagging seats. No bathroom. One Large bottle of hand sanitizer completely empty. It’s 53;0 now and all the cheese, crackers, desserts are gone. The gal clearing plates and the one serving drinks in the back of the lounge in a very unpleasant space, were very nice.
