Such a cute, warm, & welcoming environment to grab a coffee, delicious croissant or breakfast. My sister and I stopped in while we were in town, & we were not disappointed Miranda, the woman who took our orders, is a true gem & could probably be a Houston tour guide! A true family-owned business that makes you feel at home.

We tried their breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The croissant was baked perfectly and eggs, veggies were fresh. Organe wedges were a nice touch. The blueberry cheese danish was tasty too. It’s got a big patio space and can be very nice when weather is good. Service was top notch attentive, the staff know what they are doing. We parked on the street.

One of the best bakeries in Houston!! We drive an hour just to get their fresh bread made with the best ingredients and methods.

Fantastic bread. Love the Cranberry&Walnut! The sourdough is also good. All the breads are great, but you don’t go here for convenience. If you don’t get there early enough, you may not get the bread you want. The service area is crammed small space with a counter, so you may be waiting in a line out the door. The atmosphere inside gets a 1 star because no place to eat inside - it’s take out or sit outside at tables. The outside gets 5 stars on a nice day - as it’s a very pleasant neighborhood away from busy streets, so sitting outside with greenery and sounds of nature. You have to plan your trip and go early! On Saturday it can get crowded outside and lines may start early. While it can be nice to relax and sit down to have breakfast, it will be a bit pricey and good but nothing really special. It’s fresh traditional loaves of bread that you come here for.Parking: You may have to park on the street some distance away on weekends.

Deliciousness. From the coffee, the quality of the breads, the texture and flavor of the croissants, this place blew my mind. It’s like being in Paris with a Texan surrounding. Highly, highly recommended.

Best local bread! All family owned and operated. The BLT I had was out of this world and the chocolate croissant was even better. Found my new local bake shop!

Inviting atmosphere, incredible service at the counter, but the food is the highlight. Everything is baked fresh and the coffee is great. Perfect spot to spend a weekend morning and relax.Get the quiche and the almond croissant. For real, trust me.

My favorite breakfast place in the world, love the house-made bread, the pastries, the kitchen and coffee 10/10. I don’t get to come often, but the past two times have left a sour taste in my mouth. They rushed my order today to be able to help a regular, the previous time the person taking my ordered stopped taking my order completely to help someone else find a lost card…..

The Thumbs Critic

? There's a line out the door, but it moves fast.? The people were very nice and the atmosphere was very nice.? Most of the patrons were young, fit, college-age parents. I had to tell one of my friends to stop trying to be a home-wrecker.? I don't personally like croissants, because they're too crumbly and messy, but the person I dined with enjoyed the croissant sandwhich.? The server dropped my to-go buiscuit breakfast sandwhich, and the fruitcup (with no lid) got fruit juices all over the sandwhich. It did not improve the flavor. I ended up having "second-breakfast," like a Hobbit, down the street.

Delicious pastries and tons of outdoor dining options. You can take stuff to go if you want, too. The croissant and biscuit sandwiches were tasty and the latte wasn't bad. Right across from Central City co-op and a flower shop so it's a nice place to both shop and eat.
