Pretty pricey for slightly below average quality

The food was very good taste, but too expensive for the quantity, for example, the chicken pikka masala almost $15 and just 8 little pieces of chichen, just sauce.Tasty good but expensive

I just ordered via a third party app, and I must say, thank you for the extra payasam and rice! Really made my day

We use to go here for lunch buffet before Covid and the food was decent, however we recently picked up a to go and the food was horrible. We got chicken curry and palak paneer. The portions were very small and food did not feel fresh. We won't be going back again. Very disappointed.

I love the chicken biryani and the paneer tikka masala! There is so much flavor in each dish.

Came here for an early dinner on a Tuesday, and Kshva was great! They did not have butter chicken on the menu, but he said it was off the menu. The butter chicken and palak chicken were not too salty or spicy (ordered medium level spicy). The rice was fluffy and delicious. Would come back and recommend!

The food and service were above my expectations. I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. Superb restaurant to take the family out for lunch.

The food here is so good that after stuffing myself at the lunch buffet the smells of the food make my mouth water for more!

It's okay. I've definitely had worse. Food is decent however the mutton curry was tough during lunch buffet. I would still keep this place as an option if I was in the area.

We just ate here hoping for good Indian food and man was is not what we hoped for. The seasoning was VERY weak and chicken in our dish had gristle and was chewy! We will have to keep looking for a better place in the area

I've been here twice. Once done in and once take out. The first time I ordered the food medium spiced and while I really like spicy this was to painful to enjoy. The second time, a few years later I got it to go and didn't request any spice level and enjoyed its far more. They have dosa's which can be tough to find where I live. It was great. The coconut chutney was a little spicy for my wife who does not enjoy any spice she still liked it. My chicken tikka masala was excellent as was my lamb biryani. Both really well spiced and cooked, the Lamb not too dry. The chicken was good too. Quick service and large portions. Great choice.

This was a lunchtime favorite for years. Working in the Energy Corridor, my colleagues and I referred to Annam as "prison plate" -- named for the metal lunch trays used for the various "lunch specials." A lunch plate was... $7-$10 before tax and tip? Well, they've since converted to a lunch buffet during the week. I've returned twice with colleagues to the buffet format... and once alone (I was in a rush and dropping-off a package, next door). As I JUST told a colleague (he meant to name a different restaurant), "I simply will not go there. I've been three times since they converted to a buffet... and it seemed worse each time." It used to be so enjoyable. They're capable of making nice food. I suspect that they're better at a la carte meals (i.e., dinner). It's sad to see a place so beloved "go south" so quickly.
