Banh Appetit

So I finally made it and they are open !!!!! I order the BBQ pork Banh mi with a fried Egg, the Banh Appetit fries with a Jasmine milk tea with Boba... So the Banh mi is very different then what I'm used to but it is good . I'm going to come back to try lemon grass cow . The fries are bomb asf .... I really wish I knew this place earlier because I LOVE BANH APPETIT. When I first parked, it was hard to find this restaurant because there was no official sign outside. The interior of the store is BEAUTIFUL. It's exactly my type of aesthetic and when I came it was in the afternoon of a weekday so it was fairly empty. I found this cute spot in Katy at a small business start up event! If you check in on yelp they give you a free drink!! I came here to study for boards and the owner (I believe) was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my studying by bringing an extension cord (without me asking) so I could charge my devices while studying!! Definitely recommend the food too- it was so good!!
