I am so sad they're gone!! Their Cafe con Chocolate was perfect! I've been craving it ever since. I'll have to try and learn to make it myself. The pop up cafe was awesome. We loved sitting on top and visiting. It was a neat experience. Their empanadas were surprisingly very good. I wish I had ordered some. I tried my cousin's and they were tasty. Delicious, fun new coffee pop-up in Montrose! Cafe Bustelo is a coffee pop up shop using a crate with the shop inside and seating on top and outside in front. Would be a wonderful way to spend relaxing with friends outside. Cuban Spanish music set to the whirrs of coffee machines and aroma of espresso- what's not to like? I came here on an early Saturday morning and so the line was not terribly long. My friend and I waited less than 10 minutes to order and about 5 or so minutes to receive our order. There was a bunch of parking spots in the back lot and a few seats inside and more outside. I came here because: A. I love coffee- I love the actual bitter taste of coffee, I'm not one of those people that loads their coffee with cream and sugar so you can't actually TASTE the coffee B.
