Firstly, the packaging. Could not stop humming the line from "My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music" - "...brown paper packages tied up with strings...". Delightful packaging. Secondly, the food. After lunch, staff shared how much they liked their food. One person was so impressed with her salad, we talked at length about lettuces! Thirdly, the people. I've ordered from Casa's Catering on several occasions and I'm never disappointed. Their boxed lunches are plentiful and tasty, and their salads are always fresh. Their employees are professional and helpful when placing orders. I'll continue to order from Casa's and highly recommend them.

Mr. Flood's company catered an event I attended and I was amazed at the selection of varied items! There were two different shrimp items, mini BBQ sandwiches, prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears, empanadas, cheeses, spreads, grilled vegetables, puff pastry envelopes, rice dish, mushroom caps, yummy cream cheese somethings!, and even more I never got to sample and can't recall to name!
