Me and my wife were in the area where this new location recently opened. Decided to stop by and grab our entire family lunch. Several items were missing plus the items we did receive were made incorrectly. Never had these issues at our other locations. I’m not sure if this is just part of the growing pains associated with opening a new location or what. Strong chance we won’t be visiting this location again. I honestly have a newfound love for Chipotle. The food is always great HOWEVER. I went in to get lunch after work. I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes before even being greeted although there was a woman on the line. Her name was Benny. When she finally got to me she made me feel so unwelcome. I asked for steak and she said “just chicken” I didn’t understand what she meant so I repeated that I wanted steak and she told me steak wouldn’t be ready for another hour....read full review

Glad this location is up! We needed it on this side of Houston! We went in and the the store was about to close in 30 mins (didn't mean to do that sorry!) Clean place you would think end of day the place would be messy, NOPE. Very clean and yes they were getting ready they still had food there and it was still fresh and good. Dallas and Valerie were incredible. I was being difficult and they were both patient and very nice. Great atmosphere and vibe. Tysm guys! Got a Veggie...read full review
