I love the barbacoa burritos here.....but I tried the queso blanco for the first time and it was not good and didn't seem like how queso should be. It was mushy too. Almost all Queso is usually so tasty you can't stop eating it, nature of the real cheese. Many restaurants in Houston have incredible queso blanco, they really need to improve this facet.

Be warned if you order chips and guacamole, double check your order that the guacamole is actually in the bag. I think the store has a racket on guacamole as this is the third time I’ve placed an order and not received my side of guacamole.

Literally the smallest portion they serve of the meats! I had to ask the guy if that was a normal serving and he replied rudely you can always pay for double — excuse me if the steak pieces were only 8 pieces (yes I counted!) so disappointed. ?

I eat at this chipotle 4 days a week for lunch. The service and food have always been great.Shout out to Ruben. You can feel how he affects the restaurant as a whole. He brings energy to his guests with excellent service. Hard work!

I am so disappointed. From having had worked at chipotle as a teen for more than 2 years and knowing the standard they set up, to the pressure of how well to do things this store is none of it. I just bought a chicken bowl at 8 pm Feb 4th 2023 and the rice was rock hard. Very undercooked and chicken was raw. Like what in the world is happening! I also described my order clearly only to be missing corn, and lettuce. Lastly I’m not sure if they’re trying to purposely ruin meals but the amount of red sauce on the plate was absolutely painful. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming to this location again and it’s sad. It’s the closest to home. Do better 290 chipotle

Hey folks, new menu item. You order a Burrito and you get served a tiny one for full price. This location has become a scrooge with tiny portions, but you still pay full price. Even after you point it out to them. They stand by their (tiny) food.Sorry... Not coming back here again.

This man proceeded to give the best customer service that I can only describe as transcending. I will die before I eat at another chipotle restaurant that this man doesn’t grace with his presents…I think his name was Ruben? Like the sandwich ?
