Been here a couple of times. It's one of the closest boba places to me. The drinks are so-so. I had the jasmine green tea the first time, and thought it was watered down. The drink was still hot and all the ice had melted before it was handed to me. The second time I decided to go for the passion fruit tea. It was a hot Houston afternoon and we stopped by this tea shop before returning to our hotel. It was a spacious shop with a couple of customers. Simple decor and lot of seating. Board games at the front. We ordered the peach and lychee black teas with boba. When it was handed to us it looked like a dirty black tea. Not the color we expected at all. I have been wanting to try this place for awhile since I have seen it around. The inside is very spacious and the perfect place to study. I got two (2) drinks: wintermelon fruit with black tea and boba along with a taro smoothie with boba. The price turned out to be $11.91 which is more on the expensive side, so I figured the the tea was going to taste amazing. However, I think it was pretty average.
