The worst looking food ever and the shrimp was dry and the fish over fried my drink cup broke and spilled I didn’t even get a refill or was offered a refill also the price it was 20.33 the bill for my order was ridiculous I had also ordered and bought a meal for the homeless guy outside the restaurant before the knowledge of what the meal would look like 😏I won’t be returning to it again and it was time wasted and money 💴 not well invested and when I asked the cook or manager asked about the appearance and the portion of the meal 🍽️ she stated we do all like that I was appalled 😳 this meal was horrible in taste 👅 portion and appearance

I normally love this place. I went today and ordered crawfish and it was not good. I love the flavor and the way they make it spicy with Garlic. I new the previous owners and we became freinds. Today the crawfish were not fresh and in my opion were from before the long weekend. I showed them my issue and they said they recived new sacs this am. I was not offered another batch or a discount but was told they would get with the supplier and talk to them about the quality of there last shipment. I would say that they failed when i comes to customer service.

Hanks was one of my childhood staple growing up. And I’m happy to say a recent visit to my old neighborhood was pleasantly surprised to see it’s still there and the food was delicious. The customers service impeccable.
