This is a typical Jack in the box. The Southwest fast and pleasant on the day that I was there. The food was delicious and cooked fresh to my order. The price for what I ordered was reasonable.I went through the drive-thru so I don't really have a comment on the atmosphere. That's why the atmosphere rating above is neutral.

Receipt #107. I get off work late every night and around 1:35AM on 12/19. A light skinned black male with braids, I believe his name is James was terribly rude and nasty to me for no reason. The woman in the drive thru knows I come every night to purchase my dinner after work and she didn't even apologize for how he was towards me. I was placing my order #4 Jumbo Cheese burger meal. And out of nowhere he started screaming at me to go somewhere else! That's when the female worker jumped in and completed my order. He should be fired!

The employees were nice enough to get my sister a burger when she found a little plastic on
0 stars. If you give them a bill with the exact change they will keep your dollar. My total was $8.63. I gave this girl a $10 bill and $0.63 in coins. She gave me back $1.42. This girl really kept my dollar and 21¢.

Ordered from their app tonight. Get an update that Uber direct is delivering my food. 45 minutes later I get a notification that my order was cancelled and to contact the store to find out why. I ordered at 5:15. I’ve tried calling numerous times and no answer. They charged my card for the food. Contacted Uber support and they say the restaurant cancelled the order. I want my money back. The jack in the box app is a joke. Tried to file a complaint in there as well. No number to talk to. Just fill out a form and they say a manager or district manager will be with you shortly.
