I'd give this place 0 stars if i could, i went to this location at 7:55 pm on 2/14/2024 and as I was walking up to the door a young boy locked the door and said they was closed. clearly the hours of operation on the window said they close at 10pm and when i told him to look at the hours he threw his hands up at me and walked off. this is the worst jack in the box i have ever been too.

On 1/15/2024 around 1:45 pm central time, i went to your restaurant on East sam Houston and the food was terrible. I ordered a jumbo jack w cheese meal and the food was cold, not even a little warm. This is sad to say it was only 2 cars in front of me..

How in the world do you forget to add the patty in a burger that is absolutely ridiculous. I've been to this Jack In The Box a few times and my order has been messed up every time. SHUT IT DOWN!!
The customer service was good. The food was not good. They didn't had tacos for the night and some other foods they didn't have. My fries were burned and like old. The patty meat didn't look fully cooked. I called to complain but they did not answer the phone. This place needs some improvements.

Not sure how you can miss a hash brown AFTER you made sure that I wanted the combo and not just the sandwich.. and then not provide a receipt so that I would be able to get my hash brown… sincerely a pregnant woman who just wanted a dang hash brown to go with her sandwich..
