They are both friendly girls and have no issue making my sandwich the way that I like it.I'd been wanting to tip them but, don't carry cash. I asked her the other day "how do I tip", and she said "I have to give you the receipt". Lol....She said it was hard to do. Lol.....Girl, give me that receipt and give it to everyone else as well. They'll either tip you or they won't but, don't take away their ability to do so.So, for all who are reading this. ...they are good girls and give you great friendly service. Please ask for the receipt and tip them.

Doesn't have all ingredients listed out for sandwiches, thus a possibility of receiving a sandwich with something you didn't want or expect like mayonnaise. Might be more of a Jimmy Johns problem than the location.
I came into the location on Bagby and I was serviced by Preston and I must say his customer service was amazing he made sure I use my points for a free sub and he also made sure my sandwich was made perfectly I will always recommend my family associates and friends to come to this location.

Rude customer service. I called back after a delivery to explain my order was wrong. All they could do was say there wasn’t any th info they could do cause there was no manger there. I asked if they could just fix it and send a new one. Of course they can’t do that either without approval. But hey where is a manger. He told me he was late and had no idea where he was. Thanks Solomon. You will be getting a call from corporate for being late to your job and not training your staff to fix a situation with their hand being held
