Couldn’t even eat it last time. Not at all fresh and food quality was horrible

Food was okay. Got the family meal for the super bowl. Had to wait for my food due to them running out. Problem is that too many homeless people wonder around begging for food. Had to get around all the homeless people in the area. Have to make sure you go daytime and not nighttime. It's worse at night.

The window service person is different now, they're better than before. However the food quality has plummeted. The chicken is way too dry, the batter isn't made like a normal Louisiana Fried Chicken spot. Although Halal, the food way too dry and unenjoyable.Dietary restrictions: Halal/ZahibaParking: Parking is along the resturant.Kid-friendliness: I would NOT bring children to this location. It's a bit rough.

The Service was great (complimentary mashed potatoes and gravy was served) but the Food and Location was disappointing. The fried dark chicken ordered was not prepared fresh (served lukewarm), was too oily and it was difficult to digest even after 6-7 hours (best litmus test to determine if there's something wrong with the food). Even though the chicken was halaal, it had dark blood soaked meat inside. Can't say much about the location of the restaurant, as there were a lot of homeless around the place. Not recommended!!!

I like the chicken fried rice. You get 2 wings with it. The area of this restaurant is downtown, so there are lots of street people all about.

Good halal food. Louisiana chicken is always good. I recommend it. It's just that area in midtown and downtown has a lot of criminal activity but it seems like that area is being upgraded. I give it a few months I think the area could be really nice.

It's HALAL first of all, Alhamdulillah..I didn't expect the shrimp in the chain fastfood restaurant to be this good. I can taste the shrimp was fresh and well cooked (grilled). I added "dirty" rice and it was good too, well seasoned. It is worth the journey from my office (rush hour traffic).Dietary restrictions: HALAL!

I had an amazing experience at Kasra, the Persian restaurant! The service was top-notch, with incredibly polite staff who made the whole meal even better. The environment was really nice, creating a fantastic dining atmosphere. And let me tell you, the food was super delicious! Each dish was an absolute delight ?. Highly recommend this spot!

The food is great. And usually ready really fast. But lately they are out of this and that and taking twice the estimated time. Service has gone downhill.. time to find something

The 2 piece chicken was fresh, hot, and really good. Seevice was excellent. It's sad that because it's near the Metro transit station and light rail, the owner and mgrs need to have everything glassed up and locked.I am positive at one point in the past it was nice and congenial. Now, it feels sterile. This is by no means the fault of the store. So 4th star for tryingParking: Its downtown Houston. Walking is the best option.Kid-friendliness: Two homeless encampments in walking distance. So you tell me.Wheelchair accessibility: Legally, yes. Functonally, no, but again not something they can control.
