What a wonderful French bakery in Houston downtown. Our family loves everything about this place from baguette to quiche to pastries, everything was absolutely delicious. However, all of our coffee drinks were disappointing - lukewarm and turned cold quickly before we finished them. I hope this issue can be addressed ASAP as good coffee is the cornerstone of an enjoyable experience.

What is surprise of a gem this place is! This is how a croissant should taste. Authentic French is the best ever.Perfect place to stop when you’re waiting for the bus. Or just to stop in and enjoy an amazing cappuccino.And they have a few outside tables, which really did it for me.Wow! I found a new favorite spot! ❤️

Lovely French cafe for quick bite. The ham and Brie sandwich was delicious. The chocolate croissant was so buttery and flaky but only had the tiniest bit of chocolate :/ I wasn’t a fan of the flan, the flavor was too mild for me.

I love Mademoiselle Louise! I have been probably 15-20 times and it never disappoints. The pastries are all amazing, although I am partial to the canele, lemon tart and ham and cheese croissant. I always get a baguette to go with my order and it is by far the best baguette in Houston. This place makes me feel like I’m in Europe. This is a wonderful place to get breakfast or lunch to go but is also nice to sit and enjoy the ambience. Everyone who works there is very nice and polite as well. I will warn you, this may ruin you for any other bakery in Houston!

Great pastries and excellent bread/sandwich. The have plenty of fresh croissant, sweet pastries, and savory selection. The coffee is not special but not terribly bad (the reason I gave 4 stars). I have not tried their pistachio croissant because they run out of those pretty quickly. Overall very good place if you want to enjoy some fresh pastries or get some good healthy sandwiches. I recommend you give this place a try
