Went to the Drive Thru last night after placing an order on the app. When I pull up to the box it plays the automated message and the girl who answered was nothing short of an absolute joke. She was rude, talked a bunch of mess, and basically shouldn't have the job she has. I simply told her my order code and she said NOTHING for over a minute, so I simply said "Hello?" And she got an attitude. Girl needs her attitude adjusted the street way imo.

Ordered my food at the kiosk. Took 20 mins to make a sadnwich, fries and a cookie. As I was waiting I took a trip to the bathroom to find mc.puke all in the sink. (That didn't help my appetite at all) You got almost 15 people standing at the counter with little to no assistance. They workers were very friendly. But it seems this mcdonalds needs more staff. Hopefully someone high up can see this and help these people out.
