Time of day definitely impacts your experience at OKRA. So, I'll break my review up based on that factor: // Late Afternoon, Happy Hour: The perfect bar. My fave place to have a drink downtown since every patron receives a raffle ticket per drink which is used to cast a vote for a nonprofit. The ones with the most tickets receive a portion of the proceeds. This is an everyday thing, not just a once in awhile thing. So, get there, have a drink and do some social good!
