We love coming here for lunch because their lunch prices are great. Service tends not to be very good, that's why they lost a star. Food is good and the breadsticks keep us coming back. Restaurant is nice and the layout is good. Plus they play good music to set the atmosphere. Overall good experience. Oh I HATE that you pay on that little Ziosk thing at the table. As a former server, this affects the servers ability to be personable and therefore often affects their tips.
The WORSE experience ever. The service was horrible. The server never came back to check on us. After finishing my salad, I waited over 10 minutes for my soup. And when I finally got my soup, after telling 3 people, it looked like leftovers. As for my drink, it never got refilled. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Would not recommend this place.

I placed a to go order and it wasn’t close to closing. Although as simple as the order was, i.e. soup and salad, Alfredo dipping sauce and dessert - the food was cool. The soup had literally 1/2 a potato and little sausage with little kale, mostly broth. And the the breadsticks were cold and hard “over baked”! So disappointed. I called and all they said, is they’ll do better next time. INCREDIBLE! If I do go back, I will CHECK EVERYTHING!
