The food is consistently good... Portions are fair... Prices are affordable and quality is A1 Unfortunately when you attempt to make the process easier at many operations, it doesn't always go as smoothly as expected. I order mobile mostly and oftentimes everything doesn't always end up in the bag. I suggest doing inventory before driving away. Even if you order via mobile. It's disheartening after a long hot day and all you want is to get home and enjoy some Texas style Barbecue with your family and discover that your complete order didn't make it home or into your bag.... Other than that, it's been a great barbecue option for over 35 years and I'll continue to be a patron of all Pappas establishments moving forward. They still run a quality operation and we all make mistakes.
