This location is slow and routinely skips orders. Almost like dinner roulette where you may or may not get your order. Much better placed in the area.

If I could give zero starts I would. Super disappointed in this place. Ordered it for lunch through doordash and the salad is old. The lettuce is wilted, the carrots in the salad are molded. Will NEVER eat here again, thank you for ruining my lunch

First of all, I want to start off by saying this peiwei is not that great. Ordered honey seared chicken with brocolli mind u that it already comes with other vegetables. I did not get the vegetables but got a ton load of broccoli. I also got a wonton soup which had a black curly hair. I took a picture cause people always tend to make stuff up but I'm not. The employee did offer thai donuts but after I found that hair I gagged. I do not recommend not in the slightest.

Nasty. The beef was undercooked and very fatty. The rice was mostly cooked and the only thing I ate. No wonder the place was empty. We will never be coming back. Gross. The food wasn't worth taking a picture of.

Since this restaurant has been under new management in the last month, we're been coming in for a delightful experience. Everything we've ordered has come out hot, fresh & delicious! So far we've tried Pad-Thai with shrimp, Ginger Broccoli Shrimp, Thai-Dynamite with chicken, egg rolls, Lettuce Wraps, Orange Chicken, General Tso's, & Asian Chopped Chicken Salad. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs!

I have found a renewed interest in eating at this location of Pei Wei with the friendly greeting, more orderliness and revised menu options. Driven by a recent management change, the customer service upgrade is noticeable. The flex options in the menu to add selected noodles versus the standard rice options has an added appeal to its familiar dishes and the responsiveness to how the customer wants to receive their dish is noticeable increased. All has led to feeling more cared for in recent days.

Walked into the location and. It had not one customer in the location, the young lady at the counter took her time to turn around or acknowledge me I ordered 2 Lo mein meals and some spring rolls. Food is bagged up and I asked if there was silverware or napkins in the bag and she just pointed to the wall as if they are not supposed to do that. Get out to the car and checking the order only one order of lo mein I go back I and I’m told I only ordered one. No offer to make another or anything she was to busy back to talking to the cook just as she was when I walked in. If you want greasy spring rolls or oily lo mein this is the place for you.

Do not order from them. They use a third party delivery service, Favor, which turned my online order into a nightmare. Byron was the only good thing about my experience. He let me know half my order didnt get picked up by the driver. The driver was calling me so I asked him to go back and get it, he should have checked it before taking it, and he said he would. 20 minutes later Byron followed up with me, no driver at the restaurant and no food dropped off for us. After an hour and a half and no food, Byron refunded my order but not the delivery or tip fees. Favor is stating they cannot do it and it is up to the restaurant. At this point, if they need that $10, they can keep it. Hope the driver enjoyed my chicken! We ordered from Panda Express, got our food in 20 minutes and it was hot and so good! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The food is ok... not great. The issue is the staff. No smiles, no welcomes. I say hi, no reply. I say thank you, no reply. This is how it is each time we come here. It leaves you feeling like your inconvenienced them by bringing them business. Plenty of other places to give my business to in the area. You would think there would be some improvement with all the bad reviews. I gather management just doesn't care because it continues to decline. Won't be back.

The foods is awesome, very fresh and hot (make when you order). they've fountain drinks and wine, a fairly big menu to choose from. Nice decorations, just a little cold , location very easy to find.
