I got the bento box last night and the sushi tasted like it has been sitting there since two days ago and not fresh at all. the salad was sweet and different. the chicken tasted like rubber

Unfortunately this is where it's come for Pei Wei, a once beloved fast-casual restaurant that's been mostly forgotten about due to mismanagement and poor food execution. I decided to give this location a try on a Tuesday night. It was mostly barren in the restaurant when I walked in at 6:30pm, which was a sign of things to come. Wife and I dined in for early lunch (11:48 a.m.) anticipating fresh food in a clean environment and had the worst experience! Although we did think it strange that there were only 4 other diners in the restaurant for a Saturday we assumed we were just before the lunch rush. We later understood why there were so few patrons.
