Monday night 8pm, 12pc chicken was ordered, waited 30 minutes in drive thru, had to put car in reverse and ask if she "Destiny" forgot about me. Came to window offered me a soda. Got home and drank soda at home it was nothing but carbonation, there was only 8pc chicken. Went back to complain about my order. Sad to see another customer shaking his head, and said, he also had a bad experience. Popeyes need new employees that care about serving the neighborhood. And more training.Parking: Parking is bad ?

I came in around 8:30 no Monday night and I can only see one person behind the counter. There were only for eight pieces of chicken prepared. When someone finally came to took my order, I found out there were only a few such chicken ready. I said no thank you and went and got some Chinese. I don't know it this was an off night, but I don't think I'll try this place again.

Why do you guys even offer online ordering. .you get there 20 mins after ordering and they barely start looking for your order.. 15 mins later they have your order ready and i check my order and im missing biscuits.. i let the cashier know and she says theres no biscuits in your order "il let you have em for free this time" so i check my receipt and there is 2 biscuits on receipt then comes back with 1 biscuit and says i have to wait 6 mins for the other biscuit to cook to park up frontParking: Only like 4 or 5 spaces the rest are gas pumps or store parking

Somewhat like a scary movie going through the drive thru. There wasn't a space available for me to order inside so I decided to try the drive thru. It was a very interesting experience with tree limbs slapping my trucks windshield and it being very incognito gave us a Halloween experience. There was several transients walking around the parking lot giving us Micheal Jackson Thriller vibes. After pulling up to the microphone the worker was definitely ready for me to order. They only accepted cash which was a huge inconvenience. Thankfully I had some cash on me buy I'm not particularly fond of spending $13 for 4 1/2 chicken tenders it was a bit pricey. They only allow you 2 sauces which is ridiculous because that isn't how the location on Tidwell and jensen treats customers. But I really just wanted my food and it was fresh and hot. The fries were plentiful but them chicken strips one of them was so skinny it shouldn't have been considered a strip. The worker was laughing because I didn't know what the sauces names were and it was a bit unprofessional but I kept ordering. Sometimes the managers aren't even aware of how the workers are talking through the microphone but it is highly disrespectful half the time. The experience could have been better but the location is in 5th ward. I didn't expect the chicken to be fresh but it was very fresh. The attitudes could stay at home next time though.Parking: Hard to find a spot.
