Ordered a pizza and the service was great. Pizza came out fast and delicious and the person that was working even gave me a free coke. I will be back. Great customer service is hard to get now a days. I will be back.

I come every month for treatments at MD Anderson for 4 years now. Everytime we are in town we must stop at Sarpinos. The food is delicious, fresh. Me and my wife have tried several delicious pizzas, pastas, their sadwiches and salads. Every item is cooked perfect and suculent. But the main draw is the staff. We love seeing Selena, Andrew and the other gentleman's name scapes my memory as it is hard to pronouce. They are kind, helpful and absolutely warm. They receive us everytime like family. As a patient is very comforting to get such lovely service and care. Makes us feel like home. I am a restauranteur myself in Ohio where we are from...I would love to steal any of those sweet girl and guys to work for me ;-)

I have never been to this pizza place before. Honestly the pizza was good, but the guy that took our order I don’t know if he was the owner /manager seemed like he didn’t really want us to be there. He was coming off very rude. I would ask questions and he just had a very rude answer. In the customer service industry, I think you should make your customers feel welcome. In my opinion if you have bad customer service in the food industry, no matter how good the food is, it will never be great. First time and Last time We will never GO Back!

OMG I tried the lasagna and it was absolutely out of this world!!. The layers were perfectly baked-cheesy, rich, and packed with flavor. The pasta had just the right bite, and the meat sauce was seasoned beautifully. The portion of marinara on top was generous and delicious without overpowering the rest.
Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The service was just as impressive-friendly, fast, and attentive. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended! Kudos to the owner!

One of the best pizza spots in Houston 💯

I tried the calzone and absolutely loved it. The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, and the filling was super flavorful. The portion of marinara sauce was just right and tasted great. I was impressed by how fresh everything was. The service was excellent too, very friendly and quick. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommended!

The pizza I bought from here to be delivered to my hotel was not too bad in taste. I had a cheese pizza with additional red peppers. It came with a Jalapeno-Ranch dressing and to be honest, it was awful and didn‘t fit together. The pizza itself had a thick crust and was a bit greasy, but as already mentioned, the taste was quite ok.

My boyfriend and I came from out of town and wanted an easy dinner. The service we received was phenomenal, great service and excellent food.
