This restaurant is the slowest of them all so far it takes these people damn near a century to make a sandwich better yet to get it right. They always never have bread if they do it looks stale it's not fresh or they don't have time to make more fresh bread it's horrible. The veggies don't look fresh they look like they are old and out dated then the workers have horrible customer service skills they don't know how to talk to customers. The elderly customers are forced to be rushed with there order because they can't get sandwiches completed in a timely order and fashion this is ridiculous I would never recommend this location to anyone to go here due to the fact they lack so much. The lettuce and the spinach looks old like it has brown stains on it who wants to be served lettuce that looks brown all the time then when you request more lettuce these clowns have the audacity to say they don't have more it's 10 in the morning how you don't have time to get more fresh veggies I call it bologna like judge Judy says I will not be back I was not impressed even the restrooms lacked service no toilet paper or paper to dry your hands what a sorry restaurant

The manager of this branch was terrible. She refused to serve tuna for the Kids because it is not allowed with the 3inch kids meal, and when I stated that I was ok with charging me for 6inch and asked for a 6inch sandwich, she went ahead and cut two new 2inch sandwich and put it next to the 3 inch she had already cut to make the 6inch instead of serving a new one. Terrible service. Not going back again.

So I come to this location all the time. I will do my best to find another one. Ugh! I speak English and they don't understand me. Second time in a row that I am asked repeatedly to state my order. Today I wanted the advertised brisket sandwich. I got one slice of meat. When I asked why it didn't look like the picture, she said 1 slice for 6" and 2 slices for footlong (nothing like the picture), and then looked at me like I was crazy. She constantly talked about what was going on in Spanish in front of me and didn't care one bit about helping me. The last time I wanted bacon on my subway melt and said I'd be charged extra. All I get is mayo and lettuce. I never ask if I get deducted for the items I don't want? What the hell!!! They load up everybody else, but I feel targeted and I'm done with this unpleasant location. $9.68 for a combo for pretty much a lettuce and mayo sandwich. Corporate, here I come.
Absolutely terrible service. The workers make the sandwiches so badly and do not care whatsoever. Once given some criticism they try to act all defensive. The person who did this was Irma and she tried to act like her co-worker didn't make a trash sandwich

I made an account just to write this bad review...The staff here (Irma that works on mondays 4ish) are unprofessional. The sandwich quality is as they were making it blind folded and they are so disrespectful when you give them feedback.. never coming again. I would give no stars if i could.
