I made an order of 2 sandwiches and 20 min later after I come to pickup they said they out of something and didn’t even make the order and I had to wait another 20 min for it

I swear Subway has gone downhill SO much over the past few years- I neverrrrr eat Subway, only like once a year when I’m craving it lol & today just reminded me why I don’t eat here anymore… So I waited about 10 minutes before anyone took my order (there were two people working, one of them was helping another customer, the other one was in the back). The one in the back came up to me & asked me what I wanted, told her the bread & then asked what meat & I said turkey. She just shook her head no…. I said “no?” She said “no turkey & no ham” I said ok never mind & left. I’m sorry, but what Subway doesn’t have turkey or ham on deck? So annoying 🥴 don’t recommend!

I witnessed a worker at this subway handling money and making food, when asked to change gloves she didn’t, continued to make to go orders (not mine). I will never come back to this establishment again!! 8/16/2025

It's 8:30pm on Friday March 28 2025 store closes @ 9 I like to stop at subway after work for cookies. No sandwiches or nothing. If the store closed at 9 there's no reason they should have the doors locked at 8:30pm

They are refusing to let customer use their restroom .I do under there many homeless around. But they aloud customer to use restroom . There owner should know that the city is obligated to fine this location
Poor quality ingredients, meatballs and bread were cold and the bread was tough because of it. I should’ve just gone to the location near Empanada like usual they’re way better

I shouldn’t be surprised that the employee nor the manager speaks English.. but yet here we are. Location does not value online rewards. Waste of time cause no one is paying $13 for a regular sandwich.

I stop by on 12/04/24 around 7:32 pm She didnt even say hi or can i help you or I will be with you in a minute or something Her attitude was not the best and when i saidno thanks she was like she didn’t care I wont be stopping here anymore
