A taco bell franchise can really only add great service and fair pricing, the food is more or less determined by big brother. This place has the friendliest staff members! They almost always put in the extra effort to make each item feel like "yes! I got the good gordita crunch that looks close to the picture". Every taco bell makes a few order mistakes but this one makes less than the rest. I'll usually drive out of my way to hit this taco bell because the employees are great.

I ordered 6 chicken chalupas only to go home and find out they were ground meat. For $37, please go somewhere else ppl. So disappointing, we order fast food for a reason. Like wow!! They don’t care what ppl are ordering because we won’t know until we get home. This is the 3 rd this has happened to me and I’m finally writing a review. Please check your order before leaving.

Literally has to be the slowest taco bell in history 20 minutes for 1 burrito and 1 taco is ridiculous. Several customers sat waiting for orders while employees just acted like it was nothing.

Order was fine, but dont appreciate the look I got from the fella working the Drive thru,when I asked if there was some extra sauce packets , he looks at me roll his eyes, like I asked him to go out of his way. Think I'll just stick to the tacobell in Tomball.

This Taco Bell is one the best, if not the best, in the city of Houston. I’ve come here at 3pm and 3am and have received the same service each time: to the point, accurate, and friendly. As a vegetarian, I switch a lot of things around with their menu, and they always get everything right. They are soooo fast and always so friendly at the window, it just makes you wanna go back again and again. I know how this may seem like a plant review and usually I wouldn’t even write one, but the kind woman at the window said we should leave one and so here I am!!! Please keep it up y’all. I’m a Starbucks employee so I know how crazy these customers can be but y’all give me the best experience every time! Thank you!

Worst Taco Bell ever it’s 3 am and I been in the drive thru line for over 30 mins and it’s not moving there’s still about 7 cars in front of me. And I tried calling and it’s not going through. I have a doordash order or else I would of been left.and then when I get to the speaker there telling me they close in 10 mins so there not sure if they can make my order this is crazy.
I did not get the overnight managers name, but I will say this I received the best service! My order was incorrect due to the tacos not being grilled, but who ever I spoke with on the phone, made it right; we laughed about the mistake; she took ownership in the mistake; best communication/ customer service experience ever for 2:30am! No she did not ask me to post this, I drove off in the best mood because who ever answered the phone assuming it was the PM manager, made me feel at ease and corrected the order! ???????? BEST NIGHT CREW!
