I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Went back to give them the food and ask if i could get a refund or order something else. They told me nothing could be done. I know this was a lie, I’ve worked in fast food. I then said okay and asked to order something else (fine with paying for it) the lady at the window, however, told me I had to go all the way around to order through the speaker. Terrible service.

Part of making a burrito is adding the ingredients. That seems to have been mostly skipped last night. Seriously, if the tortilla is the number one ingredient, you're doing it wrong.

Dine-In Review. Main complaint is that the drink machine doesn't work and the bathrooms are locked. I prefer to pour my own drink, and of course going to the bathroom on my own is preferred. All that said, the staff was nice and the place was clean. No substantial complaints, but the drinks and bathrooms did bother me.

I can always count on this Taco Bell location to get the hubs and I in and out of the drive thru line.We're in Houston often visiting family and we tend to arrive late at night. I'm happy they have the drive thru open late. We haven't had any issues getting the correct order. Sometimes there's a small disconnect in taking the order.Overall, a good location to visit when you're on this side of Houston.Parking: It's a nice size lot and it rarely gets packed.

I would honestly say this drive thru has some of the best customer service I have been to in all my life. I usually come late at night to get something to snack on and they're always attentive, sweet, rarely mess up my order, and never stingy with the sauces.

Loved my experience at this Taco Bell! The staff was very friendly and they provided great customer service. My order was completed very quickly and I liked that the store was very clean. The food was delicious, my tacos were visibly full and the fries were fresh, which I love! Definitely coming back!
