I cant say anything about the food im still waiting..... my ticket order says 7:31 pm. It is now 7:50... stiil no tacos after 19 mins ridiculous i ordered 3 tacos supreme n 1 chicken soft taco. Wow where is management... forget this place.

This was my first time having Taco Bell in over 8 years. I completely forgot anything on the menu, and how a taco at Taco Bell tastes. But once I tried it, it was amazing! The were not really healthy I would say, but they were REALLY good! I got the Doritos one, and a hard taco, and soft taco. Thanks, Taco Bell! 5 stars!!! By the way, I could not rate service or atmosphere because I got it delivered ?.

The website says they don't close until 9:30 I got to the counter at 8:47 and I know bc I looked at my phone the cashier said they was closed I told her the website said they didn't close until 9:30 she said they close at 9 I could go on and on they was rude and very unprofessional.

I do not care for this Taco Bell, the staff is very unfriendly and they take a very long time. In the unlikely even that they get your order right it will taste almost like every other Taco Bell, but not quite. I strongly suspect the ingredients were part their prime the last time I was there. This is a mall food court Taco Bell by the way.
The manager here is one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. If you have a coupon, please don't come to this Taco Bell and use it!! I just want to warn others so they don't have the same experience as me. Wanted to get the free five dollar box, the worker at the front was sweet and said yes and had us order it through our app. Our app said it was ready for pick up and here ensues a match where the manager said he had never seen us and it never popped up on his screen. Disgusting dishonest behavior. At the end of the day, it was only a couple of bucks, but the interaction that I had to experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Please don't come and eat here if you don't have to!! I know it's hard times but if he didn't want to let us use it all he had to do was say no. This is in no reflection on the worker she was sweet, this is on the horrid manager.

Not to be confused with Crappo Bell... oh wait that's exactly what it is.I found it pretty funny to see the other review of this place considering that it's the most famous and unauthentic taco place you can find. The Memorial City Mall food court actually has some good options too, although some have tragically closed down.But even though the people here are friendly, the awful food is the last thing you should be getting, unless you're one of those Taco Bell addicts, in which case I apologize. I've only eaten here once and it was basically because I was forced to.
