The food is great, but the cashier is rude. I ordered my food online and when the app said it is ready to pick up, I went over there and showed him my phone to say that my food was ready for pick up, he mocked me, copying me by holding his hand up like he was showing a phone then told me to wait in line. I don’t mind waiting in line but the mocking threw me off.

Very good & consistent customer service. Robert & Aricela are the reason this Tacobell location gets 5 stars. When Robert is working the orders are made right. Manager Aricela is outstanding at her job & serves quality food. I'll definitely be back when these employees are working.

This Taco Bell was my go to place for a quick meal for the kids for several years. During and post pademic it has gone downhill. They have continued to raise their prices, while consistantly screwing up my orders.

I ordered online for take out from this location by mistake and immediately realized it. I called and spoke with the manager who informed me they would not make my order, but that I would have to cancel the order online. I told them there was no option to cancel the order online so I was told I would have to contact Taco Bell for a refund. Unfortunately, I have tried reaching out to Taco Bell regarding this issue and have not received a response. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I go to this taco bell all the time because I work in the mall. Today was a different experience. Sam, who says he's a manager, had the worst customer service i informed him that my taco had little to no meat in it and instead of offering to remake he insisted on giving my money back. So I guess I have to go hungry.

I order the nacho fries grande and ask to put the sour cream on the side. The person that take my order said they can do that. I didn’t even realize they charge me extra $0.50 cents for just putting it on the side. I mean I guess that’s fine but at least tell me. When I received my order, they still put the sour cream in my order! The customer service was horrible and this is the main reason why I shouldn’t never went to this location?they raise up the price in everything too!
