This location is hit or miss. A lot of times they are closed for maintenance. Also out of large cups and they give you a medium with no discount and still charge for a large. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Only bright star is the young lady that works the drive thru.

The gentleman at the counter was actually rather nice and pleasant to deal with. I actually wish more Taco Bell encounters were like that.I arrived around 11:30 but there was nobody in the lobby and there was no line in the drive-thru but yet my table was filthy. When I finally got my food I noticed my nachos were rather light. This is not the first time I've been to this location and found my food lacking. I could see the black on the bottom of the bowl.

I ordered 2 crunchwrap supreme and 2 steak Supreme Burrito, and they had barely 2 or 3 pieces of steak. I don´t know if it was because it was late (past 10pm) and they ran out of it, in which case they should let you know they don´t have any more meat. I felt I paid too much for a tortilla with lettuce.
Cashier was rude as we got to the place my husband is looking at the menu I asked the cashier to borrow the key to the restroom she said I had to make a purchase first with out knowing I was going to wash my hands. We walked out that is not acceptable

They always get my order right and My foods always fresh. Good customer service! Just wish we could serve our own drinks instead of having to ask for refills. Also beware of the hobos in the parking lot.
This tacobell is probably only open by the grace if God. The outside caters to homeless people. The area is at is less than desirable but I dont blame them for it. Inside was fairly clean. The food.... first my order was wrong. But ok. We all make mistakes. Got it fixed and started to eat. Across from me my son is starting to eat his and he complains to me about a faul order and taste. Sure enough I inspect his food and the shell on his tacos taste like expired shells. I bring it to the attention of the cashier and she makes me another. I ask if all her shells are the same. She says no. So we get our replacement taco and is also the same. I just left it at the cashiers and left. I do not recommend this place. At all.
