I called in and order 2 noodle. Went to the Belair location to pick up my order. They said that there is no order, so I end up placing the order in person. Waited 25 mins for the food to come out. I ask for 2 chilies and 2 garlic, because I order 2 noodles. The older lady said that she can only give one and will need to charge me $0.75 for additional chilies and garlic. Very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here. Very bad service. Zero star

The food is great BUT this time when I ordered my fried rice I didn’t receive a SINGLE PIECE OF SHRIMP and I still had to pay the same price. The restaurant was too loud, the staff couldn’t hear my voice and when I called them NONE of them responded to me and I had to get it myself. DO A BETTER JOB AND DONT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Smelled real bad
Went to the bellaire location a week ago and while anxiously awaiting our food to arrive to our table we witnessed the table beside us receiving their food along with a living roach in their bowel of rice. The roach seemed to be on its last leg as I assume the steam from the rice was slowing killing it. Brought this to the attention of our waiter and all that was said is "I'm sorry". Never going back. Held this place in high regards until now.
Sometimes the restaurant workers' children sit there and blare their videos and video games.
Try the black bean chicken. It's grilled yumminess. Although good, it's not that different than the other Chinatown versions. I think Tan Tan is slightly better.
Good Mongolian beef here. A slight kick and enough flavor for your heap of white rice.
OMG, do NOT get the salt toasted squid here!!! It is extremely fishy and tastes like something is has gone wrong. Yuck!
The tarot root egg cake is so much better than Tan Tan's. Crispy bottom, more egg, and less greasy.
