I went for my birthday. Everything, and I mean EVERY THING about this place is A-rated! The courtesy, respect, attention. The involvement of management with the customer; the sense of welcome. I had the privilege of observing the camaraderie between management, staff and one repeat customer - PRICELESS! And, let's not talk about the food. The variety is out of this world! I wanted to not only eat most of the items, but also to take some home with me. In the end, I took home an extra dessert! KUDOS to all the chefs and the thought, effort and execution that goes in to the choices made. This place is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the wonderful job you all do.In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back!" FOR SURE!Dietary restrictions: My server was sure to ask about any dietary restrictions. The food here is dynamic. A variety of choices from everywhere. Something for everyone. Waitstaff are very attentive and patient when it comes to new people. They will explain every dish and try to accommodate any food allergy. Very conscious of the customer.Parking: The restaurant only has valet parking but it is for tips. You can find street parking in the neighborhood but be prepared to walk a distance.
Was in Houston for a work event, and we all decided to go out to a nice restaurant on our last day, and we had gotten so many recommendations from other co-workers who were also in town. This place was PHENOMENAL!!! I mean, I would fly back to Houston just to eat here! We all split the Crab Samosas as an appetizer, and they were delicious! So much flavor to them, and they had a dipping sauce that paired perfectly with them. For my entree, I had the Lobster Risotto, and it was perfection. The flavor was perfect, not overpowering with it being seafood, and the chunks of lobster were ! One of my co-workers and I both split the margarita flight, and boy, do we wish we would have ordered one for each of us! The absolute best margaritas I have ever had in my life, you will not regret it, even if you are on the fence about tequila. We ended the night with their cheesecake.... Looooord, we ate it so fast I didn't have time to get a photo of it! It was so light compared to normal cheesecakes, and it really was a great topper to a fantastic meal!
Came to eat with a friend for dinner here. After our check was brought, we gave the waiter cash. He came back to give us our boxed food to-go and stated the cash change was on the way back to our table. Then the restaurant manager came back with the cash bill with marks on it claiming it was marked with a counterfeit detecting marker & that the bill was fake. This cash bill came from a bank so there was no way it was a counterfeit. We let the manager know there must be some kind of mistake and that this was the only form of payment we had at the moment. He kept insisting that it was counterfeit and we kept telling him there was just no way that it was. Finally, we asked him to bring the counterfeit detector pen and mark the cash bill so that we could see it ourselves. It took him what seemed an eternity to come back with the pen, but because he knew he was in the wrong at that point. Before he marked the bill, he stated the pen was new, and if it did end up being a legitimate bill he would deeply apologize and that he'd rectify the situation. Lo and behold the bill was real. We were furious because we were embarrassed in front of other guests around our table and could've left half an hour earlier but were held back for this embarrassment. This was my friend's first time here. I have come a lot with guests who have never eaten here, but I will no longer be coming because this last experience left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Oh my! Thank you for bringing me foods from places I would love to travel to but cannot seem to get the funds to do so. Brazilian cheese bread, beetroot tartarte, the wild mushroom ravioli, and all the desserts are my favorite menu items! Culinary legend! A staple of Houston! I go every year for my birthday! Thank God for food!

Food was great. Service was spot onBar was super slow. Parking is a joke here. The valet company refused to valet park my car, which was supposed to be complementary. I was told tha the manager of the valet company said they would only park my car if o guaranteed a tip. I refused and was told to move my car. So beware. Shady lot companies are still strong arming tips. The restaurant wont say or do anything since they arent in charge of the parking people. Seems a convenient excuse to not have to deal with or take responsibility for.
