I enjoy the food they prepare but the staff who take your order and pass your food are rude and barely speak English. If you don’t know Spanish, it’s pretty hard to communicate your order. They are also extremely strict/stingy on extra salsa. I shouldn’t have to debate with someone for extra salsa at a food truck. Especially when I order over 7 tacos and received 2 salsa(one red, one green). I wouldn’t mind paying for extra if that was an available option. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have recently been having this problem. Overall they have lost my business because there are plenty of other businesses that will serve you with open arms.

The tacos are good. The flavor of the meat is really good but they didn’t make sure each taco had toppings. It is a bit greasy, but the flavor makes up for it. These tacos after a few drinks, chefs kiss. However they are STINGY w/ sauces and limes. The sauces are half full and limes sliced in cubes. Like, How much are limes and sauce costing them? No napkins…but a solid taco truck you will come back to.

The only reason this review has 1 star is because the tacos are sooooooo good (I get fajita on corn tortilla with onions, cilantro, cheese & avocado, but still good without avocado), but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! And have the nerve to charge you $1 for cheese (on a taco, not to mention), $1 for avocado, $1 for sour cream, AND refuse to give you fresh onions (on a street taco ??♀️), only grilled! For meat and cilantro only, the taco is $3!Same guy every time taking the orders and lets just say he's not the best when it comes to customer service. I've been 4 times and had a bad experience every time! And I believe I'm one of the nicest ppl on earth! Lol. I was so happy to learn they had other locations, so now I'm going to try the one on Richmond/Dunvale. Even though the tacos are super delicious, I refuse to give my money to a business that is okay with bad customer service, and like for no reason...it's a shame. Anyway, can't knock the tacos though! ?

I’ve been in this area several times, but this was my second time ordering from them. I’ll start with my first time. I order the pork carnitas taco. They were delicious. One of those taco places that feels authentic not just trendy. However… second visit, a different person was running the truck. And she literally scammed everyone that night by charging more for the items than their actual cost (I’m not the only one who noticed. As I was walking up, another regular was VERY angry because he was calling her out saying he comes here for tacos and they’re never that expensive). I got beef tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The beef tacos were not beef carnitas. It was a ground beef taco so I was very disappointed. That’s not what I expect from a taco place that should be authentic. Chicken quesadilla was fine. Nothing special. On top of that experience, the place was a MESS. Their foil and salsa cup and garbage was EVERYWHERE. Honestly, it’s such a small thing to pick up the litter from your taco truck and it would make a huge difference in my opinion of them. Loved my first taco, but probably won’t go again based on this experience.

I think the first red flag i shouldn't have ignored was a white guy taking my order. I don’t really write reviews unless i feel like its my duty to let others know NOT to waste their money! I have been to ALOT of taco trucks and never was so disappointed that i had to write a review for them but here i am. I specifically ask no onions TWICE yet i still receive about the same amount of onions as i did meat which, in the first place wasnt much to compete with. There was little to NO meat on the tacos especially when i handpicked the onions out. Its like they used onions to make the taco look somewhat full. Its one of those bffr moments when u get home and bite into straight tortillas that costed you $3 a pop. Plz refer to photos below and decide to go somewhere else because this truck is a waste of time. ESPECIALLY when i go to look at the other reviews and it’s saying the same things i experienced. Rude white man not making the orders correct, and little to no meat for $3. Obviously they arnt taking the reviews seriously enough to actually fix the problem an yet chose to respond saying they will work on it. Okay dude. My first and last time coming here.
